The CCV+CRV Ag Combined Rapid Test is a lateral flow immunoassay used for the rapid, qualitative detection of Canine Coronavirus (CCV) and Canine Rotavirus (CRV) antigens, often combined with Canine Parvovirus (CPV) for comprehensive fecal testing. It typically provides results within 5–10 minutes using canine feces. 

Key Aspects of the Test:

Purpose: Rapid differential diagnosis of enteric viral infections in dogs, specifically for diarrhea cases, to distinguish between corona, rota, and parvovirus infections.

Detection Method: Uses colloidal gold technology to identify antigen levels in fecal samples.

Procedure: A rectal swab is collected and mixed with buffer solution, then added to the test cassette.

Results: Interpreted within 5–10 minutes, with results becoming invalid after 15 minutes.

Common Combo Panels: Often available as a combined kit to detect CCV and CRV, and frequently combined with CPV or other pathogens like Giardia. 

Common Uses:

Clinical Diagnostics: Identifying causes of severe or mild diarrhea in dogs.
