PRODUCT DETAILS

1. Host (Main Unit) – Contains the heating unit, temperature sensor, temperature control circuit, and power unit. It filters and heats air to a set temperature, then delivers warm air through the air supply pipe to the heating blanket.
2. Display Screen – Shows the set temperature (25–45°C), current runtime, cumulative power‑on time (0–10,000h cycle), and countdown timer. The screen enters rest mode after 10 minutes of inactivity but wakes with any key press or alarm.
3. Control Knobs / Buttons – Include four shortcut keys for room temperature / 25°C / 32°C / 38°C / 43°C, plus continuous adjustment in 0.1°C steps (fast‑forward capable). Wind speed is adjustable across 9 levels (low, medium, high three domains).
4. Air Filtration System – Epoxy‑sterilized system with HDPE‑type G4 primary filter + H13/H14 high‑efficiency filters, achieving filtration efficiency for particles ≤0.2μm. H13/H14 filter replacement is required every 12 months or 2000 hours.
5. PTC Ceramic Heater – Serves as the heat generator, providing safe and reliable heat conversion efficiency. It works with the filtration system to deliver warm, clean air to the patient.
6. Temperature Sensors – Three temperature sensors provide triple temperature protection. They ensure temperature stability with working fluctuations ≤ ±0.5°C.
7. Air Supply Hose (Spiral Hose) – Connects the host to the heating blanket. Hot air is filled into the blanket through this pipe, then transported to the patient through the breathable surface.
8. Heating Blanket (Application Part) – Made of medical non‑woven fabric (non‑allergenic, non‑toxic, tear‑resistant, X‑ray permeable, silicone‑free). Available in 17 models (upper body, lower body, full body, abdominal, amputation, etc.) with pre‑tear lines for air inlets and optional drainage holes.
9. Cart (Push Cart) – Standard accessory with aluminum alloy construction, matching the main unit for bedside use and storage. Allows easy mobility between operating rooms or patient areas.
10. Alarm System – Provides visual alarm + audible alarm (drip sound prompt) plus automatic shutdown. Alerts for over‑temperature, fan abnormalities, temperature switch action/failure, and temperature sensor failure.
11. Power Unit – Drives the circulating medium (air) to provide heat to the patient’s entire body or localized areas. Includes parameter memory function: on boot, the unit automatically runs the last shutdown settings without intervention.
12. Self‑Test & Debugging Function – On power‑on, the host runs an automatic self‑test; if no abnormality is detected, the equipment starts. The host also includes a debugging function to preset startup parameters and calibrate output accuracy for long‑time operation.
13. Wheels and Stand (Integrated with Cart) – The cart is mounted on wheels, allowing the heating blanket host to be easily transported. The stand meets both routine use and storage requirements.
